I switched to an electric toothbrush about 7 years ago and have changed two brushes in that time. My soul demanded change and something new. I decided to switch to Smilesonic . I don't have to reinvent the wheel, but if you really divide your mouth into 4 areas and dedicate 30 seconds to each area, the results are great. I usually brush randomly and maybe not that long and the quality of my brushing is lame. I've even been reprimanded by my dentist, but it just wasn't worth it. Every 30 seconds the brush makes a quick stop and you move on to the next area. It's very convenient. I need to buy one for my son. I'm usually happy with the first mode. By the way, the first week it bled a little and that is considered normal. I even noticed that the stone was gone, but I was going to hygiene. And in combination with the rinse I am thrilled.
